Understanding our refund and cancellation process

1. Overview

At Champions Cricket Academy, we strive to provide the best cricket coaching and training services. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are processed for payments made to our academy.

Please read this policy carefully before making any payments. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of this refund policy.

2. Types of Refunds

A. Program Fee Refunds

  • Full refund if cancellation is requested within 7 days of enrollment and no sessions have been attended.
  • 50% refund if cancellation is requested within 15 days of enrollment.
  • No refund after 15 days of enrollment or after attending any training session.

B. Fee Structure Refunds

  • Monthly fees: No refund after the month has started.
  • Quarterly/Half-yearly fees: Pro-rata refund based on unused months (subject to admin approval).
  • Yearly fees: Pro-rata refund based on unused months (subject to admin approval).

C. Summer Camp / Special Programs

  • Full refund if cancellation is requested 15 days before the camp start date.
  • 50% refund if cancellation is requested 7 days before the camp start date.
  • No refund after the camp has started.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a refund request via email to upadhyayakash4@gmail.com
  2. Include your student ID, payment ID, and reason for refund
  3. Refund requests are processed within 7-10 business days
  4. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method
  5. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

4. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable:

  • Registration fees
  • Processing fees and payment gateway charges
  • Late fee charges
  • Any services already rendered

5. Exceptional Cases

In exceptional circumstances, we may consider refunds beyond the stated policy. These include:

  • Medical Emergencies: Serious illness or injury documented by a medical certificate.
  • Relocation: Family moving to a different city, documented with proof.
  • Academy Closure: If the academy discontinues a program or closes.

Exceptional cases are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and require proper documentation. All decisions are at the discretion of the academy management.

6. Cancellation by Academy

Champions Cricket Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training program or session. In such cases:

  • You will be notified in advance of any cancellation.
  • Full refund will be provided for canceled programs.
  • You may choose to reschedule or transfer the amount to another program.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and bank processing times.
